This was one of the nicest fur felt blanks I have worked with so far. The color was amazing. The dye set was perfect. Not a drop of color leached from the felt as I was working it. The hand was very nice, not too stiff and not to floppy. This particular piece of felt took to my block so nicely I was amazed. I've bought a lot of hat blanks from these guys, tgeir quality is always good and if you do get something that slid past tge QC, they immediately make it right but this was one of the best I've received so far! Keep up the fantastic work!

I am just a hobbyist that has been restoring vintage hats. I have made a few hats from scratch. The Coypu hat bodies have been my choice. It is a material that is very comparable to the quality of beaver. It is made from an invasive animal that is destructive to the environment. It is easy to work with. It is water resistant. With all those reasons I cannot make any other choice in material.
